Alisha Rahaman serves as Director and Chairman of PropyMart, bringing the governance, structure and enterprise-grade discipline of a global technology career to the company's board. She spent seven years at IBM, where she worked at the intersection of large-scale technology delivery and rigorous process, and she now channels that experience into PropyMart's strategy, oversight and long-term institutional foundation. Her leadership ensures the company scales on solid rails — accountable, organised and built to last.

The visionary behind PropyMart is Abu Nasar Sk — Founder, CEO, and Managing Director — the central driving force behind the company’s AI-powered PropTech ecosystem. More than a founder, he is the originator of the core concept, the architect of the platform’s intelligence framework, the lead product strategist, and the principal technology mind behind both PropyMart and NAS AI. In an era where founders often delegate technology creation, Abu Nasar personally engineered the very ecosystem the company is built upon. His professional journey spans sales, marketing, deep technology engineering, and advanced R&D across multiple Indian startups, where he played critical product and development leadership roles, contributing to high-trust digital infrastructures, fintech systems, banking technologies, and chip-based platforms connected to both Indian and international ecosystems, including European and Uruguayan technology environments. The turning point came when he began deeply researching the Indian real estate and interior industry and found not simply a fragmented market but a fundamentally broken ecosystem: brokers wasting time and money chasing low-quality, fake or unverified leads with no demand intelligence; builders and developers struggling with visibility, trust, buyer discovery and slow conversion; property seekers facing misleading listings, hidden commissions, manipulated pricing and no transparency on ownership authenticity; and interior customers encountering unverified designers, unpredictable costs, inconsistent quality and no trusted centralized platform.
